Unfortunately we cannot provide you with a definitive quote via phone, txt or social media. However, we would be more than happy to book you in for an obligation free consultation with one of our stylists. Here we can together forge a hair-plan and outline the services and costs involved.

Short answer - absolutely! Do we specialise in men and children, we would say not, at Bennett and Barkell we offer an ageless and genderless pricing structure; our minimum cutting service is valued at $80.

Please note we do not offer barber style haircuts at this given time.

We highly encourage our clients to utilise our space and services as a time of personal relaxation, so if the resources are available we would recommend finding another place for your child/ren for the duration of your service (for your sake!) If it cannot be avoided and your child/ren are happy to play quietly in the waiting area of the salon for the duration of your appointment we absolutely do not mind you bringing them. We just ask that you be mindful of our other guests that are sharing the space.

As our salon is a boutique space sometimes we may not have the necessary seating to be able to accomodate a plus one, it is always best you phone ahead in this situation and we will let you know! Worst case, there is a beautiful bar downstairs that would happily accomodate your guest for the duration.

(Good question!?) Unfortunately we don’t have a crystal ball with the answer. As it is our priority to always to give you the best possible service and overall outcome appointment times will vary, especially if you are a first time client! Please feel free to give us a call and we will do our best in giving you an indicative time frame. If you are pressured by time constraints please let us know at the beginning of the appointment and we will do our best to alter the service to suit.

When arriving for your appointment please allow time to find a suitable carpark. Wagga is notorious for its lack of extended parking…

We would recommend parking in:

Woolworths carpark - 2hrs

The visitor information centre - all day - just a short walk

The small 3hr car park at the bottom end of Tarcutta street

Alternatively, street parking directly out the front of the salon is 1hr and 2hrs on Thompson Street, if needed you can park there and move your car at intervals.
